Possible Causes & Fixes:
Media (Label) Out or Incorrectly Loaded
- Open the printer and check that the labels are loaded correctly.
- Ensure the labels are properly seated and feeding through the sensor.
- Close the printer lid securely.
Media Sensor Calibration Needed
- Turn the printer off.
- Hold down the feed button while turning the printer on until the LED flashes once.
- Release the button and let the printer run through an automatic calibration process.
Printhead Not Fully Closed
- Open the top cover and firmly close it again until it clicks.
