To adjust the display brightness on your Bose Wave Music System III, follow these steps using the remote control
Adjusting Display Brightness

Access the Setup Menu:

Press and hold the Alarm Setup (Menu) button until “-SETUP MENU-” appears on the display.

Navigate to Brightness Settings:

Press the Tune > button repeatedly to select either:

BRIGHT HI: Adjusts brightness for well-lit environments.

BRIGHT LO: Adjusts brightness for dimly lit environments.

Adjust Brightness Level:

Use the Time + or Time – buttons to set your desired brightness level:

BRIGHT HI: Levels range from 8 (dimmest) to 15 (brightest).

BRIGHT LO: Levels range from 1 (dimmest) to 8 (brightest).

Exit the Setup Menu:

Wait 10 seconds without pressing any buttons, and the system will automatically exit the setup menu.

Please note that the system automatically adjusts between BRIGHT HI and BRIGHT LO based on ambient light conditions. You can set both levels independently to suit your preferences.
