Option 1: Use a Sonos Port or Connect/Amp + AUX cable
This lets your Bose speaker join the Sonos multi‑room setup by playing it as a wired zone:

Get a Sonos Port (line-level output only) or a Connect/Amp (output + built-in amp).

Use a 3.5 mm-to-RCA cable (or RCA-to-RCA if your Sonos device has RCA outputs) to connect:

From the Line Out on the Port or Connect/Amp

Into the AUX input of your SoundLink Mini

In the Sonos app:

Go to Settings → System → Add Product, then choose your Port or Connect/Amp.

Name the room (e.g. “Bose Mini”).

Load a source (streaming service, radio, etc.).

Audio will play through your Bose, but it becomes a fixed wired Sonos zone.
Important: Once it’s set up, the Bose will only play what Sonos sends it—you can’t use its Bluetooth or switch zones locally.

Option 2: Use AirPlay 2 (if your Bose supports it)
Some Bose models (not the SoundLink Mini) support AirPlay 2. If yours does:

Ensure both devices (Bose and Sonos) are on the same Wi‑Fi network.

In your iOS (or macOS if supported) audio output settings, select multiple AirPlay 2 devices, including both your Sonos speaker and the Bose.

Play the audio—you may get some sync issues, and this only works if both devices support AirPlay 2.
