Yes — this 5-disc changer is designed to work specifically with the Bose Acoustic Wave Music System II.
If your system is the larger Acoustic Wave Music System (not the smaller Wave Music System models), this changer should be compatible and connect directly to it. It uses a wired connection (RCA/AUX and power link) and is meant to sit underneath the main unit.
However, if you have the smaller Wave Music System (AWRCC1, II, III, IV, etc.), this changer will not be compatible.
