Multiple Users / Accounts: Yes (with setup)
This scanner can be used for two people, but it does not automatically separate accounts. Organization is handled through the Neat software.
How to Use for Two People:
Create separate folders (example: “Husband” and “Wife”)
Assign each receipt to the correct folder when scanning
Or use tags/categories to separate receipts
Optional Setup:
You can use separate Neat accounts and switch between them if preferred
Key Notes:
Scanner does not auto-detect different users
All separation is done within the software
Receipts can be exported separately for tax purposes
