No — the Logitech Harmony 650 would not be able to individually control 3 identical TVs placed next to each other.
This remote uses infrared (IR) signals, which means it sends the same command to any compatible device within line of sight.
If all 3 TVs are the same brand/model, they will respond to the same IR codes, so:
Pressing power will turn all 3 TVs on/off at the same time
Volume or channel changes will affect all TVs simultaneously
There is no way to “assign” separate control to identical TVs using this remote alone
When it can work separately:
You could control them individually only if:
Each TV is a different brand/model (different IR codes), or
You physically block or isolate the signal to only one TV at a time
Better option:
If you need independent control of multiple identical TVs, you would need a system that uses:
RF (radio frequency), Wi-Fi, or IP control
Or commercial setups designed for multi-TV environments
