Yes — in most cases it should work fine with Bose Wave radios and other slot-loading CD players.
The cleaner disc is designed to be inserted and played like a normal CD, so the slot-loading mechanism generally accepts it without issue.
One thing to note is that some slot-loading players can occasionally be a little more sensitive to thicker cleaning discs or discs with large cleaning brushes. If your Bose unit is having trouble reading discs already, it may eject the cleaner disc before running the cleaning track.
For routine lens cleaning and maintenance, however, these cleaners are commonly used successfully in Bose CD systems.
