The Bose Multi-CD Changer is compatible with the Wave Music System III, but some early Wave III systems required a firmware update before they could communicate properly with the Multi-CD Changer.
If your Wave Music System III has already been updated, the changer should be plug-and-play. If not, the system may display an error or fail to recognize the changer.
If you purchase a refurbished Multi-CD Changer from Porter Electronics, we can help determine compatibility based on the serial number of your Wave III system and advise whether an update is needed.
