No, the Sony RDR-GX330 includes a built-in NTSC analog tuner only. It does not have a built-in digital (ATSC) tuner for receiving over-the-air digital television broadcasts.
If you want to record modern over-the-air channels, you will need to connect an external digital converter box or cable/satellite receiver to the recorder's audio/video inputs. The recorder can then record programming from that external source.
