The Sony GV-D200 we sell is the U.S. market version. It is designed to operate on 120V AC, 60 Hz power using the included AC adapter. It is not a Japanese 100V-only model.
If you plan to use the unit outside the United States, the included AC adapter accepts standard U.S. power. If you're in a country with 220–240V mains power, you would need an appropriate power solution depending on your location and outlet type.
