The vast majority of the products we sell are professionally refurbished. Each unit is thoroughly tested, cleaned, and inspected to ensure it is fully functional before it ships.
We occasionally have new or open-box items available, but unless a listing specifically states that the item is new, you can assume it is professionally refurbished.
