Yes, a ClearClick video-to-digital converter can be connected to the Panasonic PV-V4520 for digitizing VHS tapes. Connect the VCR’s rear RCA outputs to the ClearClick inputs using the yellow video plug and the red and white audio plugs. Be sure to use the VCR’s “OUT” connections rather than its “IN” connections.
