To reset or set the clock on the Sony ICF-CDK50 under-cabinet clock radio, follow these steps:
Steps to Set the Clock:Enter Clock Setting Mode:
- Press and hold the CLOCK button until the hour digits on the display begin to blink.
Set the Hour:
- Use the TUNING + or TUNING - buttons to adjust the hour.
- Be mindful of the AM/PM indicator. Ensure it shows the correct time of day (AM or PM).
Confirm the Hour:
- Press the CLOCK button again. The minute digits will now blink.
Set the Minutes:
- Use the TUNING + or TUNING - buttons to adjust the minutes.
Finalize the Setting:
- Press the CLOCK button again to confirm and save the time.
- If you unplug the unit or lose power, the clock will reset unless the backup battery (CR2032) is installed and functional.
- If the clock doesn’t retain the settings, check and replace the backup battery if necessary.
