No, the Sony SLV-D380P DVD/VCR Combo does not support recording to DVDs. This model is designed for playback only on the DVD side, while the VCR side allows for recording onto VHS tapes.
If you need a device that records to DVDs, look for a DVD Recorder or a DVD/VCR Combo Recorder, which explicitly states DVD recording capability in its features. We do sell DVD recorders at the below link.
