This item is a DVD Player/VCR combo, not a DVD recorder. For recording, you need a DVD recorder. You can find all our DVD recorder/VHS combos at the link below. They are suitable for your recording needs.
Would this device allow us to record home videos from tapes into blank DVDs? DVD VCR Combo Player (Various Models) (DVD Player, VCR player/recorder)
We are looking to transfer our home videos from tapes to DVDs. We were able to do this on our old dvd/video combo, where you put in the video and a blank dvd, press play the tape and record on the dvd. Many machines seemingly only allow you to use one side at a time.
